Chief Executive Officer
Tom Morgan
Thomas Morgan is a 40-year veteran in interactive services and digital media. He specializes in addressable advertising models for live, linear TV and the emerging realms of FAST, D2C, and AVOD services.
In 2004, Tom founded BlackArrow, one of television's first on-demand addressable advertising systems. Before this, he served as Chief Strategy Officer for Move Networks, where he pioneered work for ABC.com and Fox.com, contributing to the development of server-side ad insertion (SSAI). Mr. Morgan led strategy development projects for LG and Vizio to create addressable advertising for connected TV (CTV). Tom is a Senior Fellow of the IAB TechLab Advanced TV Advertising Committee and serves as a retained advisor for the CIMM Smarter TV Data and Watermark Projects.

Daniel Brackett
Daniel Brackett is a respected technology executive and thought leader, with over 25 years of experience developing innovative and disruptive solutions for advertising and media. In 2014, Dan co-founded Extreme Reach (now XR), helping pioneer the cloud transformation of ad creative management and distribution across TV and digital media.
Dan is also recognized as the father of the IAB TechLab's Ad Creative Identity Framework (ACIF). This new open framework for universal ad identity has made significant strides recently, thanks to the collective work of the IAB Tech Lab's Advanced TV Working Group. Through Dan's work with Extreme Reach and strong support from industry partners, he has established thought leadership in developing an advanced advertising ad counting and reporting framework that will be the foundation of the Advanced Counting System of CTV1.

Tom Sly
Tom Sly is the managing partner of Media Inno and is an expert in CTV and multiplatform monetization. He writes the "TV's Multiplatform Transformation" column for TVNewsCheck. Previously, Mr. Sly served as the Vice President of Enterprise Strategy at The E.W. Scripps Company, where he oversaw revenue strategy, innovation, and addressable linear advertising for Scripps' 61 local stations.
Sly's diverse background includes managing broadcast properties for Clear Channel/iHeart Media and serving as chief operating officer of Marathon Media. He was co-founder and president of a marathon-running company, owned and operated an automotive dealer group, and was the COO and CRO of several digital start-ups, including Comcast's Vehix.com.
